As the founder of "My Pick", I am dedicated to sharing the authentic flavors and cultural richness of Korean cuisine through handmade, artisan kimchi. Born and raised in Korea, I grew up making kimchi with my mother, embracing it as a deep-rooted part of our culture. With over 20 years of experience in kimchi-making, I moved to Canada in 2018 and quickly realized how much I missed the real taste of an authentic Korean kimchi. This inspired me to start making it here, using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients. My goal is to bring the true flavors of Korean kimchi to the local community and share the taste of home with everyone.
